In a heart-warming gesture of compassion and empathy, the Deepika Ladies Club (DLC) of NTPC-Simhadri on 11th october came forward to lend their support to the ICHA Foundation, a commendable NGO dedicated to rescuing and caring abandoned children with physical and mental disabilities.

DLC contributed essential supplies including groceries, diapers, vegetables, and sweets valued at 15,000 INR to the ICHA Foundation, recognizing the critical role the organization plays in the lives of these children, who might otherwise be left without proper care and upbringing.

The distribution event was graced by the presence of Smt. Anju Sinha (President, DLC), whose heartfelt commitment to supporting this cause was evident. Addressing the NGO's dedicated staff, the children under their care, and all participants present, she highlighted NTPC-Simhadri's enduring dedication to assisting those in need. She also assured the DLC's continued support for the organization's efforts in the future, especially in the welfare and education of the students.

The event was attended by Smt. Anubha Chourasia, General Secretary, and Shri Anit Kumar (DGM-HR), along with committee members of DLC, all of whom united in their mission to make a positive impact on the lives of these deserving children.
